Original genome data sets of Halenia elliptica and Halenia grandiflora
The genome dataset file for each species consists of three files:
1. the third generation pacbio genome filter sequence file, the file name is xxx genome. pass. fastq. GZ, where XXX represents the abbreviation of the Latin name of the species (Halenia elliptica (HE) and Halenia grandiflora (HG). Usage: this file is a sequence file. Because the file is large, you can use the basic commands of the Linux system such as less command to view it
2. the second generation genome filter sequence file, the file name is xxx R1.fastq. gz and xxx R2.fastq. gz, where XXX represents the abbreviation of the Latin name of the species (Halenia elliptica (HE) and Halenia grandiflora (HG). R1 and R2 represent the forward sequencing and reverse sequencing of the second generation sequencing data, respectively. Usage: this file is a sequence file. Because the file is large, you can use the basic commands of the Linux system such as less command to view it

To respect the intellectual property rights, protect the rights of data authors, expand servglacials of the data center, and evaluate the application potential of data, data users should clearly indicate the source of the data and the author of the data in the research results generated by using the data (including published papers, articles, data products, and unpublished research reports, data products and other results). For re-posting (second or multiple releases) data, the author must also indicate the source of the original data.
